Precision aluminium rear tower for tuning and durability

The SB030 rear shock tower is produced as a single machined aluminium component for the Team Losi SUPER BAJA chassis, engineered to give technicians additional fixed mounting points for accurate damper angle control. Fabricated from 6061 T6 aluminium, the part is intended to reduce local flex at the upper mount and provide reproducible shock alignment during repeated setup cycles.

Multiple mounting holes allow controlled changes to shock leverage and angle, directly impacting roll centre and damping behaviour. These prescribed positions make it easier to compare setup changes and maintain consistent handling across test runs.

Installation follows straightforward replacement procedures: remove the factory tower, align the SB030 with the rear bulkhead and secure using the supplied stainless fasteners. The hardware included facilitates a direct retrofit on Super Baja compatible frames without additional modification.
