The SB021 aluminium front knuckle arm set is a CNC machined steering component engineered for Team Losi SUPER BAJA chassis. These machined knuckles provide accurate bearing bores and two selectable mounting positions to adjust knuckle inclination relative to the steering turnbuckles.

From an engineering perspective the parts reduce lateral play at the bearing seats and maintain better CVD geometry, which minimises binding and preserves efficient driveshaft rotation through suspension travel. The increased stiffness of aluminium delivers repeatable steering geometry under load compared with the stock plastic parts.

Supplied hardware includes stainless steel round head screws 4x28 - 2 pcs, stainless steel button head screws 3x10 - 2 pcs, and stainless steel 4M threaded rods - 2 pcs, supplied with the knuckles. Where the instructions request using original screws, retain those parts to preserve design clearances and intended fitment.

Assembly guidance: ensure bearing bores are clean and bearings seat squarely, verify CVD operation during full suspension articulation, and use the alternate mounting hole to fine tune ackerman and scrub radius for your setup. Routine hex drivers are sufficient for assembly and service.
