Precision-machined 7075 diff case for XV-02 PRO

This 7075 aluminium differential case is an aftermarket replacement engineered for the TAMIYA XV-02 PRO platform, intended for front, middle or rear gearbox positions. The precision-machined alloy and silver-edge finish provide a firmer support structure for bevel gears while enhancing heat dispersion compared with stock plastic housings.

Application and fitment: installs in the original XV-02 PRO diff location to increase mounting rigidity for the bevel gears and diff internals. The silver edging supports thermal transfer and appearance but does not change internal gear geometry or drive ratios.

Assembly and hardware: supplied as a single diff case together with Grade 12.9 black flat head screws 2x6 (4 pcs) for secure attachment. Inspect screw alignment and hole pattern before final assembly because the screw layout differs from other TAMIYA gearboxes.

Compatibility note: this GPM unit is specifically designed for XV-02 PRO use and is not compatible with TT-01 or TT-02 gearboxes due to differing differential screw patterns; do not attempt to force-fit into incompatible gearboxes.
