Designed for the TAMIYA XV-01 platform, this alloy front C-hub is supplied as one pair (1pr), model XV019. It is intended as an aftermarket replacement for the standard plastic front C-hub to support more consistent steering geometry and repeatable mounting points on 1/10 scale vehicles.
The alloy construction increases rigidity at the steering knuckle interface, reducing flex compared with stock plastic parts and improving repeatable alignment under load. The component is engineered to fit the XV-01 front assembly and accepts the same bearings and locating pins as the OEM layout.
Installation follows standard chassis maintenance procedures: remove the OEM C-hub, transfer bearings or pins where required, and secure the alloy part with the original mounting hardware. No specialised tooling is included, and fasteners should be tightened to recommended torque values to preserve bearing preload and alignment.
When used as part of a tuning program, the alloy C-hub provides predictable changes to steering response and mounting repeatability. Optimise toe, camber and damper settings in conjunction with tyre selection to achieve desired handling characteristics.
