This precision CNC machined aluminium 25T servo horn and hardened steel tie rod set is engineered as an aftermarket upgrade for Tamiya TT02B chassis and supplied as a complete single set. The aluminium arm replaces the stock plastic horn to reduce compliance at the servo output while the steel tie rod provides rigid link control to maintain consistent steering geometry under load.

Ensure a standard 25T servo spline and verify TT02B steering clearance before assembly. Installation follows a simple sequence: remove the factory horn, slide the aluminium 25T arm onto the servo spline until fully seated, secure with the original retainer, then fit and accurately adjust the steel tie rod to establish neutral toe and required steering throw. Use correct torque and avoid over-tightening to protect the servo spline teeth.
