Precision machined lower arms

This TT02 lower arm set is a precision machined aluminium upgrade supplied as front and rear pairs. Components are produced to tight tolerances from aluminium alloy to reduce flex compared with stock plastic arms while maintaining the TT02 lower-arm mounting geometry.

Fitment follows standard TT02 suspension removal and refit procedures and requires only common hobby tools. The arms are engineered to accept original linkage points and fasteners, preserving suspension geometry for reliable handling and easy installation.

Technically, the increased lower-mount stiffness delivered by these alloy arms improves steering resolution and chassis feedback during cornering. Use them alongside shock valving, roll bar adjustments and tyre selection when tuning for consistent lap-to-lap performance.
