Precision 7075 Upper Arm Bulk for TT02

These upper arm bulks are CNC-oriented replacement components engineered for the TAMIYA TT02 platform and supplied as a front and rear pair in 7075 aluminium. The anodized surface finish improves corrosion resistance and surface hardness while the alloy selection delivers enhanced tensile strength for aggressive tuning and repeated load cycles.

Designed as direct-fit aftermarket upgrades for the TT02 chassis, the metal bulks maintain mounting geometry while reducing flex at the suspension pivot points, aiding consistent handling and setup reproducibility. Packaging and compatible model information follow.

Packing includes

  • Front & Rear Upper Arm Bulk - 2pcs

Compatible Models

  • TAMIYA-TT02
7075 offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio compared with common aluminium grades, providing improved resistance to deformation under load while remaining serviceable for precision RC components.
The parts are produced to match TT02 mounting points and tolerances; test-fit with existing hardware and replace any worn fasteners to ensure secure assembly.
Retain the anodized finish for corrosion protection; inspect mating faces and hardware periodically and clean contact areas to prevent galvanic corrosion when mixed metals are used.
