This CNC machined 7075 aluminium servo mount is a precision upgrade for the TAMIYA TT01 chassis, offered under model TT024N. The machined alloy replaces the flexible plastic bracket to provide a firmer, repeatable mounting surface and improved mechanical stiffness at the servo interface.

The component kit contains the small fasteners required for assembly, such as cap head screws, lock nuts and countersink shims. In a tuning context, a stiffer mounting point reduces chassis compliance at the servo, aiding accurate steering geometry adjustments and consistent feedback under varied load conditions.

Installation guidance: align the mount with the standard TT01 servo fixing points and secure it with the supplied 3x8 cap head screws and 3mm lock nuts; apply the countersink shims where necessary to compensate for tray offsets.
