This aftermarket lower arm is a CNC-focused aluminium upgrade intended for the TAMIYA TT01 chassis, replacing the standard plastic unit while matching factory mounting interfaces. The alloy design improves structural stiffness and repeatable geometry under load.

Technical role: the component reduces flex at the front suspension pickup to maintain camber and toe settings during impacts and rapid direction changes. The included collars and shims permit fine control of axle endplay and steering clearance without altering the chassis layout.

Installation protocol: remove the original lower arm using standard workshop tools, inspect and reuse serviceable fasteners, fit the GPM arm to factory ball studs and hubs, then apply the supplied collars and shims to set axial play and steering toe. Verify bearing and hub clearances and confirm secure thread engagement prior to test running.

Maintenance and tuning guidance: after impacts check for any deformation or thread damage, keep pivot bores clean and lightly lubricated where appropriate, and use iterative shim adjustments to tune steering response while monitoring wheel rotation for binding.
