Precision aluminium front and rear dampers

The TB4055F/RPBT is a precision-engineered aftermarket adjustable spring damper pair for the Tamiya TB04 chassis. The assembly combines aluminium damper bodies with a plastic ball top and is supplied as one pair to replace stock front and rear dampers on TB04 layouts.

Functionally these units act as a tuning component, providing click-free height and spring preload adjustment while maintaining original TB04 shock mounting geometry. The plastic ball top provides a secured linkage point and assists in refining transient response and overall ride feel without altering mounting points.

Installation follows standard TB04 procedures: remove original dampers, transfer springs and retainers if required, seat the TB4055F/RPBT units into the shock towers and lower arms, then secure ball cups and hardware to the factory attachment points. After fitment, check shaft movement for smooth operation and confirm consistent travel through full droop and compression.
