Precision Front Knuckle for Hotshot II

This aftermarket front axle knuckle is engineered for the 1/10 TAMIYA Hotshot II platform. CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium, the knuckle delivers increased rigidity and exact bearing pocket geometry to support controlled CVD rotation and minimise deflection under load.

The geometry accepts larger inner bearings and maintains accurate centre-to-centre spacing to reduce drivetrain play. The part is designed for tuners who require repeatable steering characteristics and stable CVD alignment during acceleration and lateral loading.

Installation follows standard Hotshot II front-end service procedures. Transfer bearings and CVD components into the new knuckle, verify radial and axial clearances, and confirm unobstructed rotation before final torqueing to avoid preload issues.
