Technical overview

The TDF2025 main shaft is a titanium replacement designed for the Tamiya DF-02 1/10 scale chassis. It serves as a direct swap for the central rotating shaft and is intended to restore proper drivetrain interface where the original shaft has worn.

The shaft transfers rotational load between gearbox internals and bearing elements, preserving alignment of driven components. During installation confirm bearing seating, mating surface condition, and spacer placement to ensure correct endplay and unobstructed rotation.

Installation notes: remove the gearbox cover, retain original small parts unless they are damaged, press bearings onto the shaft if necessary, and verify endplay after assembly. Apply thread locker only where the original assembly specified it and avoid forcing components that do not seat properly.

TDF2025 is supplied as a practical titanium spare for DF-02 drivetrain maintenance and matches DF-02 interfaces when fitted using standard procedures.
