Engineered as an aftermarket upgrade for the TAMIYA DF-02 chassis, this CNC-friendly alloy front body post is supplied as a single post with a matched screw. The design replaces the factory plastic post to provide a more wear-resistant mounting point while preserving the original body locator geometry.

Installation follows standard hobby maintenance practice: remove the original plastic post, locate the existing chassis or body mount hole, insert the alloy post and secure it using the supplied screw. Start the screw by hand and use moderate torque to avoid stressing plastic bulkheads and threads.

Functionally the post secures the front edge of the body shell and supports precise position adjustments during setup and post-crash alignment. The alloy construction improves repeatability for trimming, ride-height verification and tuning small body angles that affect handling balance.
