CNC machined upper axle mounts

The GPM CC2008 upper axle mount set is engineered from 6061-T6 aluminium for precision fit on the TAMIYA CC02 MERCEDES-BENZ G500 chassis and is intended to secure and stabilise upper suspension link attachment points. The machined surfaces and accurate hole patterns reduce articulation slop at the link ends, improving repeatable axle alignment under load.

Fitting uses the supplied stainless steel fasteners to replace the original plastic mounts, creating a stiffer, more reliable connection for upper links. This component is a performance-oriented upgrade that tightens link tolerances without necessitating further suspension part changes.

Expect reduced lateral play at link joints and a firmer pivot interface; the precision machined mating surfaces limit movement that can alter suspension geometry under load.
Supplied stainless steel screws provide good resistance to corrosion; for heavy salt exposure, rinse and dry components after use to prolong service life.
No chassis modification is expected. The mounts are designed to replace the stock parts using the original mounting points and supplied hardware; verify alignment before final torqueing.
