Technical aluminium lower axle mounts for CC02

The CC2009 front and rear lower axle mount set is engineered as a precision upgrade to stiffen lower suspension link attachment on Tamiya CC02 MERCEDES-BENZ G500 and CC02-compatible axles. Machined from 6061 T6 aluminium and supplied with stainless steel fasteners, the components replace moulded plastic mounts to minimise flex at the link interface and maintain repeatable geometry under dynamic load.

These mounts are produced to match CC02 link mounting dimensions and are intended for RC-scale chassis applications. The design emphasises tight tolerances at the link bore and mounting surfaces to reduce play at the lower link pivot, which preserves suspension alignment during cornering and over irregular terrain, improving predictable handling and consistency across runs.

Installation follows standard CC02 link-end replacement practice using the included hardware. Confirm correct thread engagement and apply light, consistent torque to the stainless screws to prevent thread damage or distortion of the mounting area.
