The CC038M alloy centre gearbox mount is an aftermarket component for the Tamiya CC-01 chassis supplied as a single set. Its function is to position and clamp the centre gearbox assembly to improve drivetrain alignment and increase chassis rigidity while preserving the original gearbox geometry.

As a metal replacement for the original plastic bracket the part is intended to fit the standard CC-01 assembly points and fastener pattern, allowing straightforward installation with commonly used CC-01 screws.
