Precision front differential assembly for TRAXXAS platforms

This preassembled front differential is supplied ready to mount on compatible 1/10 and 1/8 TRAXXAS platforms. It includes spiral-cut 4140-grade carbon steel gears inside a CNC-machined 7075-T6 alloy carrier, eliminating the need for internal assembly and providing a straightforward upgrade path for drivers prioritising drivetrain durability and consistent gear engagement.

The construction uses a machined 7075-T6 aluminium case paired with medium carbon 4140 steel internal and external gears to balance fatigue resistance and wear life under electric motor loads. Spiral-cut teeth geometry reduces impact loading and promotes smoother torque transfer across the gearset under conditions common to Slash 4X4 duty cycles.

The differential ships without oil; installers should select and fill the diff lubricant to achieve the desired locking characteristics for specific tyre, surface and setup requirements. Intended for RC-scale vehicles and for the compatible TRAXXAS chassis listed below.
