This CNC-style brass outer portal drive housing is produced for AXIAL Capra 1.9 Unlimited chassis to increase unsprung mass at the wheel end and refine slow-speed traction characteristics. It is engineered for use on either front or rear outer portal positions where wheel bore and clearance match the component.

With an added mass of 64g per wheel, the housing increases normal force on obstacles and assists in recovery from tuck-in scenarios by improving low-speed grip and stability. The outer diameter is 43mm, so compatible wheels must have an inner diameter greater than 43mm to permit correct seating and secure mounting.

Supplied as a direct aftermarket replacement housing for hobby rock crawlers and trail rigs, the component is sold without internal gears or bearings and is secured using the provided stainless steel cap head screws. Verify portal geometry and interference before final installation.
