MX036 is a machined 7075 aluminium rear caliper developed as a durable replacement for PROMOTO-MX 1/4 machines. The component improves mounting stiffness relative to stock polymer parts, reducing flex at the caliper mounting interface and helping to stabilise pad orientation during braking cycles.

Engineered for straightforward serviceability, the caliper retains the original brake linkage geometry and bolt pattern, allowing easy swap-in without changes to brake actuation principles. The design focuses on reliable alignment and repeatable setup for demanding hobby use.

Installation should be done on a bench with standard RC tools, with attention to rotor clearance, pad seating and correct fastener torque. Verify alignment and runout after initial runs and include the caliper in routine maintenance inspections to preserve fitment and wear characteristics.
