High precision CNC centre gearbox

This precision CNC-machined aluminium centre gearbox is produced as a rigid metal replacement for double-shaft tractor truck gearbox enclosures. It is engineered to enclose and protect drive gears while improving thermal transfer from the gearset to ambient airflow, intended strictly for RC drivetrain use.

The casing is CNC machined from Aluminium 6061 T6 using multi-axis operations to achieve complex 3D geometry. The design emphasises dimensional accuracy, surface finish and mechanical protection for the drivetrain compared with moulded plastic housings.

Fitment targets double-shaft truck drivetrains with a central gearbox layout; the component is specified to enhance durability and thermal handling without claiming unquantified performance increases.

The supplied kit contains the mounting hardware required to secure the casing; use the included stainless steel screws to preserve original mounting locations during replacement of the standard housing.
