Precision 23T servo horn for TRX4 platforms

Engineered as a CNC machined upgrade for TRAXXAS TRX4 compatible vehicles, this 23T straight-arm servo horn uses 6061 T6 aluminum to deliver a high stiffness to weight ratio while integrating a coil spring to attenuate peak steering loads at the spline interface. The geometry reduces torsional deflection and improves repeatable steering feedback under load.

The captive spring assembly provides impact absorption to protect servo internals, and the four lateral mounting holes permit precise tie-rod placement for tuning mechanical advantage and roll centre. Note the increased local thickness where the spring is housed; verify clearance within the factory servo bay and consider rotating the support tie rods where necessary to prevent interference with reverse steering components.

The kit is supplied with the horn, corrosion resistant stainless mounting screws, an aluminum collar and a 3mm metal washer to aid installation and alignment. Employ the multiple mounting positions to calibrate steering ratio and verify all clearances and spline engagement before final torqueing.
