Precision 23T Aluminium Servo Arm for Kyosho Motorcycles

Designed as a direct replacement for Kyosho motorcycle servos using the 23T (C9) spline, this aluminium servo arm is machined for a precise fit and improved rigidity over plastic alternatives. The material choice reduces deformation under load and helps maintain accurate linkage geometry on scale bikes.

Compatibility is defined by the 23T (C9) spline pattern. Installation is simple and uses the original retaining screw and linkage hardware: remove the stock horn, mesh the 23T spline to the servo output, secure with the retaining screw, and attach the linkage. Apply controlled torque to prevent spline damage.

From an engineering perspective, the KM023TM arm reduces torsional deflection at the servo output, which supports repeatable steering and throttle characteristics during tuning and operation. Operators should pair the arm with a servo whose torque rating is suitable for the decreased compliance to avoid overloading the servo drive train.

The arm conforms to the 23T (C9) spline. Verify your servo output matches this spline before fitting to ensure correct engagement.
Aluminium reduces elastic deformation at the horn, lowering play in linkage geometry and improving repeatability, but it increases transmitted loads to the servo which must be considered in component selection.
Use the original retaining screw and linkage hardware, align splines precisely, and torque the screw to a controlled setting to avoid stripping the spline teeth.
