Technical Air Filter Cover Details

The BJAFCO air filter cover is a single-piece, moulded component supplied as 1pc that protects foam elements used in small-scale RC models. Engineered for a close, consistent fit, the cap reduces direct impact and larger debris contact while maintaining intake airflow.

Fitting is straightforward: remove any existing cap or exposed foam, position the cover centrally over the foam element and secure with original retaining hardware or compatible clips. The geometry is designed to avoid altering airflow significantly when installed as intended.

For serviceability, always remove the cover before cleaning or oiling the foam filter. Inspect the foam and the cover for signs of abrasion, compression or deformation and replace components according to operating conditions to sustain reliable protection.
