Precision Delrin rear wide-ridge rims for Mini-Z AWD applications

This is a rear rim and tyre assembly optimised for Mini-Z AWD chassis, supplied as a single pair ready for installation. Wheel bodies are manufactured in Delrin with a wide ridge geometry for rear mounting, specified with a 5-hole pattern, 1.0mm offset and 11mm width, and the tyres are pre-mounted to the rims for immediate testing on compatible models.

Delrin provides stable dimensional tolerance and low surface friction ideal for repeatable wheel alignment at micro scale. The wider ridge alters rear track geometry compared to narrow original wheels, enabling targeted adjustments to rear traction and roll balance during setup and tuning sessions.

Install by replacing the factory rear wheels on compatible Mini-Z AWD hubs and reusing existing wheel fasteners and spacers. After fitting confirm clearance at body apertures and suspension details and verify tyre rotation is free from rubbing. Use this set to evaluate handling changes from modest offset and width adjustments.

The assembly is specified for Mini-Z AWD rear use and is designed to mount using the vehicle's standard rear hub fixings.
Delrin was chosen for dimensional stability and low friction; part dimensions are 11mm width, 1.0mm offset and a 5-hole pattern to match compatible hubs.
Use existing wheel fasteners and spacers, then check body clearance and tyre runout. Small changes to offset or width will produce measurable handling differences during tuning.
