Precision alloy rear knuckle holder for Mini-Z AWD use

This alloy rear knuckle arm holder is an aftermarket replacement designed for Kyosho Mini-Z AWD models and supplied as a single unit. The plate is 1.0mm thick and incorporates a 0.4mm toe-in offset to permit accurate small-scale rear suspension geometry adjustments on Mini-Z AWD platforms.

Application: the component secures the rear knuckle arm and establishes rear toe on MR-03 AWD style Mini-Z chassis. It is intended as a stiffer aftermarket alternative to worn plastic carriers and as a simple static tuning option for rear-end balance.

Service advice: remove the rear hub assembly following standard Mini-Z procedures, install this alloy carrier in place of the original, and reuse compatible screws and bearings where appropriate. After installation, verify free knuckle rotation and correct clearances. No additional hardware is included unless the vendor specifies it.

Confirm the carrier mounting holes, bearing inner diameter and hub dimensions on your MR-03 AWD chassis to ensure direct fitment with this alloy holder.
A 1.0mm alloy plate increases carrier rigidity compared with plastic, helping to stabilise toe under load and maintain consistent rear geometry during use.
Use original screws and bearings where they match the alloy holder. After fitting, spin the knuckle to check for binding and confirm the intended toe setting before track testing.
