Precision 38mm aluminium dampers for Mini-Z AWD platforms

This technical upgrade is intended for Mini-Z AWD platforms and is identified as part MZA338/2, fabricated from Aluminium 6061-t6 to provide high strength and consistent fitment for front and rear damper locations. The machined construction reduces sliding friction and delivers repeatable impact absorption and balance control.

Preload adjustments are implemented via the stepped top spring retainer to allow discrete changes in effective damper rate without varying overall damper length. The supplied silver springs preserve the original wire profile for a near-stock dynamic, while the black springs are included as alternate rates for tuning corner entry and rebound behaviour.

Shipment includes the necessary mounting hardware sized for MR-03 AWD damper points; installation requires only removal of the existing damper assemblies and refitment with the supplied round head screws. Routine servicing and setup changes are performed with standard hex drivers common to Mini-Z maintenance.
