Precision 6061 T6 rear lower trailing arms for LOSI applications

This CNC machined upgrade replaces the rear lower trailing arms on the LOSI SUPER BAJA REY 1/6 4WD chassis to deliver improved rear mounting rigidity and consistent damper geometry. Main components are machined from 6061 T6 aluminium with hollowed sections to reduce mass while retaining torsional stiffness. Stainless steel ball ends and stainless fasteners are specified to provide durable joints and corrosion resistance appropriate to scale outdoor running.

The kit is supplied as a 24 piece assembly containing the trailing arms and matched hardware for direct installation and tuning. Multiple pre-drilled mounting positions on each arm permit step changes to damper tilt and roll-bar link geometry, enabling precise adjustments to rear roll behaviour and shock leverage without modifying shock housings.

  • Included items in set: rear lower trailing arms (2 pcs), stainless steel round head screws 4x32.5 (4 pcs), 4x25 (2 pcs), 4x22.5 (2 pcs), white POM collars 4x15.5x4.2 (4 pcs), white POM collars 4x15.5x6.6 (2 pcs), stainless steel lock nuts 4mm (8 pcs).

Recommended damper tilt settings using the supplied POM collars:

  • Baseline tilt: install one 6.1mm collar outward on the damper ball end.
  • Approx 5 degree outward tilt: install two 4.2mm collars, one each side of the damper ball end to produce outward lean.
  • Approx 10 degree outward tilt: install one 6.1mm collar inward on the damper ball end to increase outward lean.
