Precision framed front brake pad for PROMOTO-MX

This CNC-friendly front pad design provides a 7075 aluminium carrier with an inlaid friction insert tailored to LOSI PROMOTO-MX motorcycles, delivering improved heat dissipation and reduced material deformation under repeated braking cycles. The framed construction stabilises the pad face and helps maintain consistent braking torque during extended track sessions.

The friction element is a metallic blend of copper, bronze and iron base components chosen for thermal conductivity and predictable engagement. The aluminium frame improves structural stiffness compared with standard organic pads and supports repeatable pad-to-rotor clearance for tuning brake feel on scale dirt circuits.

Fitment corresponds to the stock PROMOTO-MX front caliper mounting; the kit includes two pads and a retention spring. For installation, follow standard 1/4 scale wheel removal and caliper access procedures, verify axial seating and rotor runout, and complete a controlled bedding routine before performance use.
