7075 Aluminium 25T Replacement Horn for PROMOTO-MX

This 25T replacement servo arm is machined from 7075 aluminium and targeted at LOSI PROMOTO-MX motorcycle models. The aluminium horn replaces the standard plastic output arm to reduce flex at the servo interface while keeping installation and routine adjustments straightforward for workshop tuning.

The component engages the servo output splines and functions as the direct mechanical connection to brake and steering linkages. The increased rigidity of the 7075 material helps maintain accurate linkage geometry and repeatable control inputs under repeated braking and aggressive manoeuvres, without requiring electronic or servo re-tuning.

Installation uses the standard spline-fit method: remove the existing horn, seat the 25T spline, secure with the original retaining screw, and confirm full motion before use. Adjust linkage length and horn angle as necessary to ensure neutral steering and correct brake travel.
