Precision aluminium servo horn for LOSI MINI-T

This CNC-machined 6061-T6 20T servo horn is engineered by GPM for the LOSI MINI-T 2.0 2WD chassis and serves as a precision steering upgrade for 1/18 scale stadium trucks. The straight-arm architecture increases torsional stiffness while the internal spring element reduces transient loads transmitted to the servo gear during impacts.

Functionally, the component replaces the factory horn at the servo output to provide a stiffer lever arm and measured spring compliance to attenuate sudden shocks. The geometry was chosen to minimise bending under lateral loads, maintaining predictable steering response while limiting peak forces on delicate internal teeth.

Installation follows standard Mini-T procedures: mount the horn onto the servo spline and secure with the supplied stainless screw and aluminium collar. Verify full spline engagement, clearance to any servo saver, and correct steering linkage alignment prior to final torque to guarantee repeatable performance.
