Precision rear axle housing for LOSI LMT

This aftermarket assembly is machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and engineered as a direct replacement for LOSI LMT solid-axle monster trucks. The CNC-integrated axle body and refined quick-release geometry are designed to speed axle removal and service while preserving the original axle layout. Bearings and selected fasteners are supplied pre-installed to reduce assembly time at the bench.

The design emphasises serviceability and robust bearing support over changes to suspension geometry. Oversized bearing seats are specified to accept the supplied 6x15x5mm and 6x16x5mm bearings, and this kit replaces the LOS-1805 and LOS-1808 rear axle components. For reliable operation under vibration and high loads, use a medium-strength threadlocker on threaded fasteners during final assembly since some hardware is delivered pre-assembled.

Quick-release access facilitates faster bearing service and drivetrain inspections, aiding trackside maintenance and setup changes. The alloy housing provides a stiffer, more stable mounting surface than stock plastic parts while maintaining appropriate weight and packaging for 1/8 and compatible 1/10 solid-axle LOSI platforms.
