Precision motor pinion set for Kyosho models

CNC-friendly anodised aluminium pinions engineered for Kyosho motorcycle applications, supplied as a 3pcs set for efficient gear swaps. The 11T, 12T and 13T options enable measured changes to final drive ratio while keeping rotational mass low for predictable motor behaviour.

Intended for motors that accept these pinion sizes, the set lets advanced tuners vary acceleration and top end without altering the spur gear. Follow standard installation practice, control grub screw torque, and validate motor and ESC thermal behaviour during setup. This component is for RC-scale tuning and replacement only.

What parts are supplied?

Three anodised aluminium pinion gears are supplied: one 11T, one 12T and one 13T, provided as a single 3-piece kit for tuning or spare use.

Shaft fitment considerations?

Verify motor shaft diameter and spline profile for correct seating. Ensure the grub screw aligns with any shaft flat to prevent slippage under load.

Installation and testing guidance?

Clean the shaft, fit the chosen pinion with correct grub screw torque, set optimal mesh with the spur gear, and perform incremental test runs while monitoring motor and ESC temperature.
