This RC-scale Delrin main gear is an engineered aftermarket replacement for Kyosho motorcycle models. Supplied as a single unit, the gear locates where the main gear meshes with the pinion and spur to transfer motor torque. The Delrin material is chosen for reduced friction and predictable wear in plastic-to-plastic gear engagements typical of electric motorcycle kits.

Service procedure: remove the gearbox cover, extract the old main gear, and fit the DKM155 using the original bearings and fasteners. During reassembly confirm axial play and set a consistent gear mesh to avoid binding or excess backlash; a slight visual gap is expected with Delrin gears and helps protect tooth edges.
