CNC aluminium motor mount engineered for Kyosho platforms

This RC-scale motor mount is a single-piece aluminium bracket identified as KM002, produced to provide a stiffer motor mounting solution for Kyosho motorcycle frames. The component is CNC machined to improve dimensional consistency and is intended as an aftermarket upgrade to the original mount.

Functionally the bracket secures the motor while keeping the pinion aligned with the drivetrain, and its aluminium construction offers improved heat dissipation compared with common plastic mounts. Prior to installation, validate motor shaft centreline and the chassis mounting hole pattern on your Kyosho frame and confirm suitable screw thread and length.

Installation notes for workshop use: locate the motor for correct pinion mesh, tighten mounting fasteners progressively and evenly to target torque to avoid bracket distortion, and verify there is no mechanical interference with ESC wiring or gearbox housings. This part is intended solely for RC-scale motorcycle applications and should be fitted using appropriate small‑format tooling.
