Precision aluminium sinkage rims for Mini-Z AWD tuning

Designed as an aftermarket wheel option for KYOSHO Mini-Z AWD platforms, model MZA603F/R/+1.5 provides a six-hole mounting layout in aluminium to deliver consistent wheel fitment and a stable tyre bead surface. These rims are intended to be used where altered offset or rim width is desired for setup refinement.

Application: direct-fit hop-up parts to change wheel offset and rim width on Mini-Z AWD models. The 1.5mm offset repositions the wheel relative to the hub, and the 8.5mm rim width presents a firm perimeter for narrow or low-profile tyres commonly used in track tuning.

Installation and service: install using the vehicle's existing wheel hex and retaining hardware, verify hex compatibility before final torqueing, and tighten fasteners progressively to avoid overstress on the aluminium rim. After fitment inspect tyre seating and balance, particularly when changing tyre type or adding internal inserts.

Handling considerations: modifying offset and rim width affects model-scale scrub radius and effective track width, with measurable impact on steering response and cornering balance. Adopt incremental changes and validate handling through controlled track testing.

The rims use a six-hole mounting pattern and the shipped offset is 1.5mm with an 8.5mm rim width, as specified by model MZA603F/R/+1.5.
Original Mini-Z AWD wheel hexes are typically compatible; confirm hex profile and seat dimensions prior to final assembly to ensure correct engagement and safety.
After mounting, verify tyre seating, perform static balance checks, and run a short test session to confirm there is no rubbing or handling irregularity introduced by the new offset and width.
