Precision 38mm aluminium dampers with top adjuster

The MZJ338/2 damper set is a precision-engineered upgrade for KYOSHO MINI-Z 4X4 platforms fitted with SUZUKI JIMNY bodies. Four 38mm damper bodies are machined from 6061-T6 aluminium to provide a robust metal replacement for plastic units while allowing fine preload tuning via the top spring retainer.

These units are designed to reduce internal friction and better manage impacts to stabilise the chassis. The kit includes the original-diameter silver spring plus black replacement springs to vary effective spring rates. Adjust preload externally to change ride stiffness without opening the damper.

Installation follows standard Mini-Z service procedures: remove the stock dampers, fit the machined aluminium dampers into the existing mounts, fit the springs and secure with the supplied round head screws. Intended for RC scale use on compatible MINI-Z 4X4 SUZUKI JIMNY models.
