Technical notes for the 16T pinion

Single 16T titanium motor gear supplied as 1 pcs set, intended for use with Kyosho Mini Inferno platforms. This pinion fits in place of the stock unit to adjust final drive or to replace a degraded gear while preserving the existing motor and spur locations.

The titanium construction provides stable tooth geometry under normal hobby loads, reducing the risk of deformation that can alter mesh patterns. Use this part where precision mesh retention and tooth life are priorities in electric RC applications.

Workshop guidance: verify shaft diameter and seating, set a minimal but safe backlash, tighten the set screw to secure the gear, and perform short break-in runs while monitoring motor temperature and gear engagement. Re-inspect the set screw after early running to confirm retention.
