Delrin Main Gear for Savage 21 Applications

This aftermarket Delrin main spur is supplied as a single replacement for Savage 21 drivetrains. The polymer construction provides a low-friction, wear-focused interface between the motor pinion and the main gearbox components while matching the 52T tooth count indicated by DSAV1052T.

Fitment follows standard Savage 21 procedure: remove the gearbox cover, keep factory bearings and spacers, install the spur on the main shaft and establish axial position and backlash with the motor pinion. Confirm gear mesh at low throttle and rotate the drivetrain by hand to verify smooth engagement before refitting the gearbox cover. Observe safe battery handling and power isolation during service.
