Technical Overview of the 20CR 19T Motor Gear

Manufactured from 20Cr steel with a hardened black treatment, the MG5019TS provides enhanced surface hardness to resist wear in demanding drivetrain conditions. The 19T tooth count, 1.0mm module and 5mm motor tooth diameter maintain proper gear geometry and reliable contact patterns. The motor gear bore is round and retained with two 4x4 set screws to ensure axial and radial stability during operation. Intended as a direct-fit performance replacement for many ARRMA and TRAXXAS 1/8-scale motor setups.
