The SCX6012TS is a 12-tooth, 1mm pitch motor pinion CNC finished from heat-treated high carbon steel for consistent tooth geometry and wear resistance on the AXIAL SCX6 JEEP JLU Wrangler platform. The 5mm centre bore is sized for direct-mounting on 5mm motor shafts to transfer torque into the spur and gearbox reliably, making it suitable for replacement and light tuning tasks.

Included in the package are: Pinion Gear - 1pcs, 4*4 Screw Shaft - 1pcs. Confirm shaft diameter and seating depth before final assembly. When reinstalling, use a threadlocker of appropriate strength on the screw shaft to maintain secure fixation during prolonged operation.

Assembly guidance: align the pinion on the motor shaft until the 5mm bore seats, adjust spur-to-pinion mesh for even tooth contact, then lock the pinion with the supplied screw shaft. Verify clearance and mesh under rotation before extended running to protect gear life and maintain drivetrain efficiency.
