Precision Wheel Hex Adapters for AXIAL RR10 Bomber

This aluminium wheel hex adapter set provides a 29mm total width to increase track on AXIAL RR10 Bomber models, improving lateral stability for demanding crawling lines.

Fit is controlled by hub and shaft dimensions: the adapters accept wheels with a 5mm hub hole and are intended for 4mm threaded wheel shafts. Confirm both the wheel hub diameter and the wheel shaft thread size prior to installation to ensure correct engagement and alignment.

The retention scheme comprises multiple elements to secure the hex under torque: one face accommodates an O-ring while the opposing face uses a spring steel ring, a spring with stacked washers, and a stainless steel screw; a Delrin collar is installed to lock the hex and prevent axial movement of the wheel on the adapter during high-traction manoeuvres.

Installation procedure: verify wheel-to-shaft alignment, confirm the 5mm hub and 4mm thread compatibility, position the retention components in the correct order, and torque the supplied fasteners until the hex is seated without inducing stress on the assembly. Validate steering geometry and clearance after fitting with a short test run.
