Precision aluminium motor plate for R1 applications

This 1/10 aluminium motor plate is an aftermarket mounting component tailored to the Gmade R1 Rock Buggy motor layout. It provides a rigid attachment surface to preserve motor alignment and repeatability across service intervals.

Engineered for hobby tuning, the plate accommodates standard motor footprints and permits fine adjustment of shaft height and pinion engagement to optimise gear mesh. Supplied as 1 pcs, it integrates into the R1 arrangement without affecting primary drivetrain geometry when installed per instructions.

Workshop guidance: set motor shaft height for ideal mesh, torque mounting fasteners to spec, apply threadlocker where advised, and verify clearance to gearbox and ESC to avoid interference during operation.

The plate supports common 1/10 RC motor bolt patterns; confirm shaft height and pinion type for best engagement.
By providing a stable mounting surface the plate helps maintain consistent pinion-to-spur engagement, reducing the need for repeat shimming.
Ensure correct shaft height and mesh, use threadlocker where specified, and verify that the plate clears adjacent components before final tightening.
