Precision Aluminium King Pins for Tamiya GF01/TA Series

This is a technical 4-piece set of aluminium king pins manufactured to the 5mmx6.2mm XM4 specification for compatibility with Tamiya GF01 and associated TA/TL platforms. The pins are intended for knuckle-to-hub carrier pivot points on the front steering assembly and are supplied as a complete set for one vehicle end.

As a wear component, the king pin provides the primary pivot between the steering knuckle and hub carrier. Machined aluminium improves bending resistance over softer materials while maintaining a low mass suitable for scale steering dynamics and repeatable alignment.

Fitment requires inspection of mating surfaces and replacement of any worn bushings, sleeves or retainers for correct preload and alignment. Install using the original mounting method and verify free steering sweep; where applicable, check thread engagement and runout to avoid binding.
