Technical front gearbox upgrade for Rustler VXL

This front gearbox is supplied as a precision 19-piece replacement set engineered for the TRAXXAS Rustler VXL platform. The design integrates the front differential housing and mounting hardware to provide a stiffer assembly that reduces movement between gearbox halves and promotes consistent gear engagement under high loads.

The housing is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium to deliver increased tensile strength relative to common plastic housings. External fins are machined into the casing to increase surface area for heat transfer away from the front differential. The kit targets hobby 1/10 TRAXXAS platforms and is not intended for full-size applications.

The supplied components form a complete mounting kit to replace stock front gearbox parts and associated fasteners so the gearbox, differential and mating gears remain aligned and rotate smoothly during high-torque or impact conditions.

Use this front gearbox when a precision, thermally improved front end is required for 1/10 TRAXXAS Rustler and Slash 4x4 platforms; verify dimensional fit and retain original bearings and lubrication during assembly.
