The assembly includes the pair of lock plates and one stainless steel round head screw for the dedicated shell attachment point, serving as a direct aftermarket replacement for the original shell retention hardware. Improved mount rigidity from the aluminium interface helps maintain stable aero behaviour and consistent clearances during performance driving.

Fitment guidance: install the lock assembly at the shell attachment using the supplied screw, aligning carefully with the existing shell holes and using basic hand tools. Torque progressively and inspect the shell edge to avoid stress concentrations.
