Engineered for TRAXXAS Slash 4x4 Low-CG application, this upgrade combines a fixed gear adapter and motor heatsink mount to stiffen motor position and enhance heat conduction away from the motor housing. Critical components are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium for dimensional stability and thermal transfer under dynamic load.

The component uses five indexed positions marked A, B, C, D, and E to vary pinion-to-spur engagement. Changing index positions provides fine control over gear mesh to reduce binding or excessive backlash without altering gearbox spacing or spur geometry.
