Technical replacement spur for Enduro Sendero

This 87T spur gear is supplied as a single replacement component for the ENDURO SENDERO TRAIL TRUCK drivetrain, positioned beside the motor pinion. It is intended to restore consistent torque transfer when a stock spur has become worn or damaged, allowing the vehicle to retain original gearing while benefiting from a tougher material.

Material and role: specified in hardened steel #45 to provide higher resistance to wear and impact than common polymer spurs, the gear preserves the original tooth count and compatibility with existing drivetrain geometry.

Installation and tuning notes: fit the part to the standard spur shaft and verify correct mesh with the motor pinion (摩打齒). Confirm uniform contact across the tooth face and set shimming to control backlash. Verify mechanical fastening is secure to prevent slippage under load during trail operation.
