7075-T6 Front and Rear Shock Tower

This CNC-machined 7075-T6 alloy shock tower is an aftermarket replacement designed for RC-scale DT-04 applications. It provides multiple mounting holes so you can relocate shock positions and change shock angle without altering the shock bodies themselves. The part is intended to give precise, repeatable mounting options when tuning suspension geometry on 1/10 DT-04 setups.

Installation is straightforward for hobby-level maintenance: remove the factory tower, transfer any required spacers or hardware, and fasten the replacement using the original mounting points and compatible hex screws. Check thread engagement and torque to avoid overtightening into aluminum, and verify clearance for shock shafts across the full suspension travel.

On-track and bench tuning use: changing the shock tower hole selection alters leverage and effective shock angle, which affects rebound and compression behaviour. Use the different positions to trial small incremental changes, record settings, and compare handling before committing to other suspension changes.

The tower is CNC machined from 7075-T6 alloy for a balance of light weight and tensile strength suitable for RC applications.
In most cases you can use existing mounting hardware and shocks from the DT-04, but verify that stock spacers and screws seat correctly with the alloy tower.
