This front and rear shock cover set is supplied as 2prs and is intended to protect shock bodies from abrasive particles, mud and minor impacts encountered during hobby use. The covers mount over the shock assembly to protect exposed shafts and seal areas while preserving access for routine maintenance and tuning. These components are for model use only.

Installation requires compressing or removing the spring as appropriate for the shock type, sliding the cover over the shock body, then refitting the spring and retainer. Verify clearance for shaft travel and spring movement prior to operation and avoid installing covers on incompatible or oversized shock units.

Functionally these covers provide sacrificial protection rather than altering suspension characteristics; they reduce contaminant ingress and can lower maintenance frequency but do not change spring rate or damping. Regular inspection is recommended and covers should be replaced if they develop cracks or deformation that could obstruct suspension movement.
