Technical front bumper mount for CC-01 chassis

High-accuracy aluminium front bumper mount manufactured from 6061-T6 and profile machined to provide consistent clamping surfaces for CC-01 style chassis. The component is intended to raise localized rigidity at the bumper mounting interface while preserving factory suspension geometry.

The part features a 3D cut profile that minimises unnecessary mass yet increases structural stiffness relative to injection-moulded counterparts. Controlled machining tolerances deliver repeatable alignment for installation and service cycles.

Hardware in the kit supports direct mounting to CC-01 style layouts and allows optional integration with associated upgrade plates:

  • Stainless steel flat head screw 3x12 - 2 pcs
  • Stainless steel flat head screw 3x14 - 3 pcs
  • Alloy collar 3x6x2.5 - 2 pcs

Assembly instruction: when used with part CC054M Alloy Front Lower Arm Plate, locate the 3x6x2.5 alloy collars above the positioning holes on CC054M to obtain the specified spacing. If CC054M is not incorporated in the build, the collars are not required.
